What Causes Pain In The Testicles While Ejaculating?
I have problem of about During the time of Ejaculation i have no fell at all.. It s just happens during the sex time.. Sex time are not bad at all. And i fell sometimes a little bit of Pain in my Testis.. I haven t any kind of Sexually Transmitted Disease.. I have tested TPHA,VDRL,,SIBLYS,,GONOCCOUS,, HIV TYPE 1.... Please Help....

Orchitis like testicular inflammation might be the possibile cause here
USG scan of testes and pelvis is advisable in your case
If needed ibuprofen like anti-inflammatory drug prescribed along with antibiotic course If needed
