Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are few cases when testicular pain occurs. The most common cause being infection, causing testicular pain and swelling. Other causes are testicular torsion, varicocele, infection of scrotum etc. If pain is mild and constant, then it's usually varicocele or its just a simple infection. From your previous history with similar illness, it's likely to be varicocele. You need proper examination for that. So, better get checked by a surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
