General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

There can be a possibility of orchitis (testis inflammation) or referred pain via underlying calculus in the urinary system.

A prescription of ultrasound (Doppler) testis with abdomen and pelvis will sort out the cause upon which the management guidelines can be figured out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
General & Family Physician
