What Causes Pain In The Testicles?

Hi there! My boyfriend and I went to the movies yesterday and he was turned on by the dress I was wearing and got excited understandingly, but now one of his testicles hurt still. Why is that and what can he do to make the pain go away?

Hi,

If the pain is severe then he should consult the doctors as it can be torsion and this cannot be treated with medicines. In case of mild pain, there is no need to panic and taking a paracetamol can help. Please tell him to weal loose clothes to avoid pressure on the testis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
