Hello,

If the pain is due to post exercise it can be correlated with DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) this is the most common thing happening to individual undergoing all of a sudden an exercise bout and this take 3-4 days to heal.

If any skin discoloration is present we need to check out for other pathologies like varicose veins. Also, want to know if you are diabetic of any past medical history?

Phentermine is used together with diet and exercise to treat obesity, especially in people with risk factors such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes.

I hope you don't have any of these. If it's there then it can be drug abuse or overreaction of the drug.

Use hot water fermentation and keep the leg elevated over a pillow and see if you get some relief.

If not then you need to get yourself physically checked by the physician and stop any medicines mentioned above.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
