What Causes Pain In The Tongue And Ear?

Right side of my tongue is hurting for days now. 2 days ago my throat is painful and now today my ear is throbbing.
Today I managed to stick my fingers in my mouth where my wisdom teeth were pulled out 4 years ago.
I feel a jagged piece of tooth or bone sticking out..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that the jagged piece sticking out from wisdom tooth are can be sharp and irregular bone that might be left in that area during tooth extraction while it can also be due to any left over piece of tooth left accidentally during extraction..
Pain in throat and ear can be due to inflammation extending from the back of tongue while can also be due to throat infection..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a clinical evaluation and x ray can help in diagnosis and treatment will be done as needful..
As of now take anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen and do warm saline gargles..
Apply numbing gel over the sore area of tongue
