What Causes Pain In The Top Right Part Of The Chest?

for the last couple of days, my heart does this strange thing several times a day. i can only describe it as 'flubbering' hard. then starts beating really fast for the next couple of minutes. i get a pain in the top right of my chest. this can happen awake or even while im sleeping...and yes it wakes me very fast ????

Hello sir/madam.. What you are experiencing is called d palpitation which can be caused by many things.. Since the thing is causing you chest pain and wakes you up from sleep would suggest you to undergo one ecg followed by a holter monitoring to ensure that nothing I'd there.. Would want to know your age, any previous cardiac history, medication history to rule out obvious causes.
