What Causes Pain In The Upper Abdomen And Backache?

Hi, im wondering if i should go to the hospital or not, i ve been getting contraction like pain in my abdomen and upper stomack. It started lastnight and hasnt gone away. For the past 3 days i ve had really bad back pain and im getting pressure in my cervix when i walk around i have history of 2 early labours one at 36weeks and one at 33 weeks. As of right now i believe im only 23 or 24 weeks.
