What Causes Pain In The Upper Abdomen And Vomiting?

For three nights in a row, pain in upper stomach, nausea, I have vomited, top of my head is burning hot, the tendon that runs down the outside of my ankle stands out at least an inch, my foot gets contorted, major cramping in large joints and profusely sweating. What could these oddities mean. I have had a gastrectomy and pancreatitis before.
