General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Regarding your symptom of upper abdominal pain radiating to the back as well as around the ribs with fullness following no improvement with medication, I am suggesting that you have developed a peptic ulcer disease.

In view of this please do the following test
Barium meal
Endoscopy

Please take any of the following gestid suspension and tablet cimetidine and omeprazole.

If no improvement in symptoms please schedule an appointment with a gastroenterologist specialist for further clinical evaluation and expert management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
