What Causes Pain In The Upper Abdomen While On Clindamycin?
My husband has been on clindamycin since 12/08/16. On 12/12/16 he started to experience upper abdominal pain, off and on. I see that C-diff can result from its use. Once he was on Omnicef and developed C-diff and had to be hospitalized. Should he stop the clinamycin? It was prescribed for a lower shin wound from stumbling over a newly poured concrete foundation. Thank you.

1) Take Flagyl -500 mg twice a day for 10 days
2) Take Lactobacil caps twice a day for 10 days
3) Stop other antibiotics
