What Causes Pain In The Upper Abdomen While On Letrozole?

I am currently taking letrozole. I am having pain in in my stomach below my breast. First the pain was under my right ribs where I had the surgery, then it moved to my side, now its between my breast. the pain comes and goes and I always experience nausea when am having the pain. I also feel like I want to burp but it does not happen. Can this be a side effect of Letrozole

The mentioned features are suggestive of drug-induced gastritis.

Best relief with antacid as Ranitidine, avoidance of spices in the diet and to consume Letrozole.

Yes, abdominal pain is found among people who take Letrozole, especially for people who are female, 60+ age.

Take tablet Pantoprazole.

Please consult your treating doctor he will examine for the cause of pain and treat you accordingly.
