What Causes Pain In The Upper Abdomen With Nausea?
hi doc i have pain in my upper abdomen, nausea and heavy head. i have done endoscopy,ct scan abdomen,brain mra scan,got my eye test, went to ENT, but everything is normal. i have used nexium tab twice a day, then razo D,then nexpro 40 and now pantosec. out of four medicine pantosec 40 is little effective . could u help me with the dosage?
Hi. Pain in upper abdomen, nausea and heavy head with all the relevant investigations normal and only Pantosac helping a bit . It looks you have got a problem related to stress or anxiety or a spinal cord problem. I would suggest you to take a second opinion of another Gastrointestinal Surgeon and a Neurologist as a last chance get MRI of the spine and treatment for the stress done, I hope this may help to get a diagnosis as well as treatment Also go for test of blood - Widal for typhoid, Malaria and X-ray chest to rule out a lung problem which can give referred pain in upper abdomen.
