What Causes Pain In The Upper Abdomen?

Hello Doctor.. i am 31 years old and I have been experiencing a pain in my upper abdomen right side which radiates to below ribcage and sides and goes towards upper back.I did my Ultrasound of Abdomen and it came normal but my Amylase level serum is high and came 170. What could be the possible reason?what should i do now?

@ There are many reasons for this pain
- gall bladder problems ( calculus or acalculus cholecystitis )
- liver issues ( hepatitis , cyst , abscess , tumors )
- biliary system related ( stricture , stone )
- pancreas head ( inflammation , duct stenosis , calculus in duct )
- hepatic flexure of colon problems
- right side diaphragm conditions , rt. base of lung - pneumonia patch
or effusion etc .
