What Causes Pain In The Upper Abdomen?

Since yeasterday I ve devolved a horrible pain in my upper abdomen in between my ribs that comes and goes every few minutes, each time the severity of the pain differs. I have also experienced sickness. When the pain is at its worst it s honestly unbearable. I m 17 years old.

probably gastric origin. try antacids (pantoprazol,omeprazol or ranitidine),spasmolytics (spasmex,buscopan), and metoclopramide for 7 days, with diet (regular,small meals,nothing too hot,cold,spicy,carbonated,,no alcohol)
