What Causes Pain In The Upper And Lower Teeth?

Hello my name is Shaliia Nalson and I am experiencing pain in the upper and lower teeth on right side. This is now causing pain in neck and head which is becoming unbearable. My insurance does not start until Oct 1. Would like to know what I should do. I am 29 110lbs, good medical history

Thanks for your query.
I am limited without x-rays and actually seeing you but from what you are telling me...The first thing that I would do is have your dentist check your bite and make sure that you are not striking one side before the other.My concern is that it effects the entire right side and cheek. The trigemminal nerve innervates these areas and trigemminal neuralgia is certainly something that I cannot rule out. You have not given me any indication of any swelling and infection does not seem to be the problem.If your dentist adjusts the teeth and you still have no resolution..I would consider a neurology consult to examine the possibility of trigeminal neuralgia..
