What Causes Pain In The Upper Back And Upper Abdomen?

My primary symptom is stomach pain when some foods enter the stomach. It s usually spicier foods or carbonated drinks that cause the symptom. The pain goes away after a few seconds. Sometimes it radiates up the left side of my upper back. I seem to notice the problem more in the afternoon and evening hours. It doesn t happen every day, seems more like occasional flare ups. A secondary symptom would be intermittent sideaches and sideache type pain in the lower and upper ribs. I had a lot of problems with gout this year and took a lot of ibuprofen and stronger anti inflammatory drugs. Am i dealing with an ulcer?

I think there is suspected gastritis and ulcer.
You should do a fybrogastroscopy to determine the causes of your symptoms.
You should visit gastroenteritis for it.
