After just bending over, as I straightened up, I felt a pain in my extreme, upper-left chest, just south-west (as you re facing me), of my left shoulder pocket. To date, I ve yet to have any heart condition or episode of any kind. Cause for concern?

Hi,

Although not the only cause of chest pain, these heart problems are common causes:
* Coronary Artery Disease, or CAD.
* A blockage in the heart blood vessels that reduces blood flow and oxygen to the heart muscle itself.

This can cause pain known as angina.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you.

Regards,
