Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I ve been having pains on my right upper side more like my ribs...its not unbearable pain but its nagging and getting worst... not everyday...I m not sure what triggers it...its starting to be a bother more now then a few months ago.... I went to the er this a.m and they did blood work and a urine sample...no uti, no kidney infection, no infections at all...the Dr schedule me a ultrasound and thins that my symptoms are related to gallbladder issues...what do you think?
Is the pain in abdomen or in the chest ??If in rt upper part of abdomen just below ribs then yes it can be a gall stone with acute inflammation troubling you so i would also suggest you to get an usg abdo done & also get lipase done to r/o pancreatitis.
