What Causes Pain In The Upper Right Abdomen?

I have been having pain in my right upper abdomen for 2 months off and on. Since yesterday it has been hurting none stop and it s very tender and painful to touch. I do not have a fever and it hurt simetimes when I eat. I get a little nauseous sometimes. What could it be?

it needs abdominal ultrasound for the confirmation. Till ; avoid oily and spicy food and take omerazole 40 mg before taking meal in morning and at night.
