What Causes Pain In The Upper Right Arm?

I have sore upper arm feels bruised continual moderate pain, started in right arm now in both, when suddenly move arm sharp pain trouble brushing hair etc now pain in shoulders feel tight and sore bruised moderate pain feels like im having to lean forward and in continual moderate soreness any ideas

In my opinion these symptoms may be due to trauma to arm or a due to nerve involvement.
Avoid using affected arm and give it rest.
Estimation of vitamin B12 might be useful.
Another differential to be considered would be to see for any abnormalities body cervical spine by either X ray or MRI of cervical spine.
