What Causes Pain In The Urethra During Physical Activity?

I have pain in my urethra when I walk, sneeze and sometimes just sitting. Have been tested, but have no uti. I was told it was from pelvic floor muscle problems and have had massage therpy twicw a week for 5 weeks with no improvement. Any suggestions as to why.

just stay calm and do keegle exercises. if the problem persists then meet urologist.
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain
