General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your clinical history is concerned, please follow:

1) Do a physical examination by your family Doctor and do [CBC with differential].
2) If confirmed viral infection, then discuss with your Doctor about [Acyclovir] orally and it's cream for local applications.

Try to abstain from sexual activity or limit sexual contact to only one person who is infection-free. Use, or have your partner use, a latex condom during every sexual contact.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
