What Causes Pain In The Uterus?

So my question is. I just stared to get these sharp pain in my uterus and iit hurts to pass gas and so it had me in tear so I had my husben make me a warm bath and I asked him to feel up in my vigian while I was in the tub and he said it felt swollen and when he pulled his finger out white stuff came out too. So do I need to go to a doctor?
