What Causes Pain In The Vagina And Delayed Periods?
I had sex with my bf during my last period...... After 15 days i got some pain i my outer vagina every time after urine..... My period date was on 10th of this month but 6 days are over n i haven t got period.... I ve done urine test two times but it is showing negative results. I decided to take pills but last night i got a very little bleeding....plz tell me if i can take pills or not?
Since you had unprotected Intercourse during the safe period of your menstrual cycle, the possibility of pregnancy is very less. So no need to take pills by your own.
You might be having a vaginal infection which is causing pain and menstrual abnormality.
So better to consult a gynaecologist and get done a clinical examination of the vagina, hormone levels.
You may need antibiotics, hormone pills etc. Better to avoid unprotected Intercourse in future and use a condom.
Drink plenty of fluids orally. Wear only cotton undergarments. Keep proper hygiene of private parts. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Kaushal Bhavsar, Pulmonologist
