Whenever I m getting ready to finishing peeing, I get an extremely uncomfortable pain on my vagina and my lower stomach. it ll be fine while I m peeing but I get scared to finish because I know the pain is coming. it s also causing me to pee more often than normal. what s wrong with me?
Hello dear Understand your concern Pain in the vagina and lower abdomen after urination is due to following reason: Lower urinary tract infection (cystitis), ureter stone and rarely cancer in urinary tract. As a treating doctor in this type of case, I advice first to go for following investigation: Urine routine, microscopic and culture to exclude the infection. Lower abdomen USG scan to exclude the stone and any growth. Drink lots of water and cranberry juice. Take syrup cidal, tablet septran plus nitozolium. Small tone can be excreted in urine by diuretics and large tablet need specific treatment like lithotripsy and laproscopic surgery. So consult the urologist and get proper advice and treatment Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
