What Causes Pain In The Vagina When One Is Pregnant?

Hello Doctor. I am about 27 weeks pregnant. In the last 3/4weeks I have been experiencing a pain/feeling around my vagina. It feels around the whole vagina.I feel it when I stand up from a sleeping position and especially in the mornings when i get up.
