What Causes Pain In The Vagina?

I am a 26 year old women, for the pass 5 weeks I was been having some uncomfortable movement and pain in my belly bottom, sometimes i feel the pain in my vagina/womb. I feel even more pain when defecating. what could be the cause and what should i do?
