General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You should undergo urine examination and ultrasound abdomen to rule out urinary stone and infection.

Take tab. drotaverine for pain.

Increase fluid intake.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi, General & Family Physician
