What Causes Pain In The Waistline?

my painful waistline started sometime in october last year that when i do my washing standing or sitting position i felt more pain after my work most likely at my back..I had my check once with my doctor and my urine laboratory was ok.no sign of infection.what would this be?I need ur advice please.
