What Causes Pain In The Wrist Radiating To The Elbow?

I was trying to push a car when I heard a snap in my forearm. The pain is a dull pain until I move in a certain way. The pain is on top of the forearm and radiates from the wrist all the way up to the bend by my elbow. there is no bruising or disformity. had a X-ray and they said negative. have to wait till Wednesday to see the orthopedic. any thoughts

Hi,

It can be due to carpel tunnel syndrome (CTS).

As a first line of management, you can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Tramadol.

If pain persists better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.
