What Causes Pain In The Wrists After Having Supper?
Sometime after eating supper (or perhaps after taking meds. I have like-arthritic pain in especially my wrists. I used to think it was associated with red meats and/or with meat fried in fat .Having eliminandated that, as a cause, what s a good strategy to employ? My heart meds are unlikely to be the cause. At age 82 may be a factor? In some 6 hours I may finally get to sleep! A blood test would reveal what specifically?

Particular joint pain after supper if it is related to particular food stuffs then allergen induced, otherwise metabolic pathways pertaining to gout or uric acid can be the most probable issue.
