How masturbation on sleep can be cured??? This masturbation occurs without our knowledge...! I really appreciate your concern, you must be talking in the sense of nocturnal ejaculation if this is so then it is not the disease that can be treated and cured but this is the physiological phenomenon, other symptoms are also not nerve related but this could be some muscular spasm because of poor posture hope this information helps.
