What Causes Pain In Throat, Headache And Stabbing Pain In Ears When Head Is Bent?

hi two days ago i woke up and my throat was hurting really bad and my ears and head hurt. today my headache has disappeared but my throat hurts so bad that it hurts to swallow. it feels like the pressure from my ears is connected to my throat. i bent over to put my hair up and there was a really bad stabbing pain in my left ear and i cant really hear.if i move my head slightly I get that stabbing pain in my ear.ajn
