What Causes Pain In Toes And Fingers With Swelling In Left Toe?

toes finger and hand finger and nerve behind right year pain. also small swelling observed in left toe. also general weakness. i am diabetic patient. i have been advised to take nervigen injection 1 no per day for 3 days.vitamin D3 found in my blood is 13.3ng/ml. pl advise

Hello,

The pain in toes and fingers in a diabetic patient may be caused by neuropathy. You may need monitor glucose levels keeping them within normal range to reduce it's progression. Also, taking vitamin D for three months may normalize it's levels since you have deficiency. Take Gabapentin or Pregabalin to manage neuropathy.
