What Causes Pain In Tongue While Having Sore Throat?

Hi, I have cleaned my shower glass door with some chemicals 2 weeks ago. That night, I started experiencing sore throat and feel that my throat remains dry all the time. I drink around 3L a day and seems to be not helping. Just yesterday, the left side of my tongue started to hurt. There are no sores to be seen on my tongue. Does this usually happen preceding sore throat? Thank you.

Hi, thanks for your query. In my opinion, you might be having just a referred pain in the tongue because of congestion In the throat. painkillers tablet Wight hot saline gargling will help you.
