HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Unintentional weight loss should always be investigated to make sure that there are no serious underlying causes.

This normally involves physical examination, blood tests and possibly imaging.A full blood count would be included and this would assess for the fatigue as well.

The pain in the abdomen on lifting may be injury to the muscles or underlying organs.

I hope this helps
