What Causes Pain In Upper Abdomen, Bloating And Nausea?

Upper abdomen pain (not sudden) Comes and goes, bloating, nausea(comes and goes.) Colonopsopy ok done last year. but feeling of fullness and alternating constipation and soft. I am 67 , Blood work ok, Recent pelvic ok. Doctor suggested an ultrasound of stomach if symptoms worsened. (Oct) Weight 160, physically active, don't smoke.Also fatigue but we have a farm and get up early.

You can take Ant Acid & Enzyme Liguids available on the counter.
Take plenty of water,Salad,Fresh Fruits.
Avoid drugs (Pain Killers),Smoking,Junk Food Coffee,Colas,
Do exercise regularly.
Consult Doctor for Physical Examination,he may order for Ultrasound to rule Pathology in Liver & Gall Stones.
He may take Expert Opinion of Gastroenterologist ,may perform Gastric Endoscopy to rule out Ulcer/Gastritis.
