What Causes Pain In Upper Abdominal Cavity On Both Sides Of Back?

Pain on my right side, at the back, at the kidney. Started just this morning. Could it me a muscle or something related to the kidney. I'm 55. I have not been struck in that area. I did some stretching yesterday but the pain did not occur until around 10am today.

Hi,
It seems that there might be having strain of muscles of back on right side due to stretching exercise.
Muscles went into spasm.
You can notice this pain after rest.
Of having kidney pain you might have some symptoms related with kidney like increase frequency of passing urine, burning, passing blood in urine.
Take ibuprofen paracetamol combination medicine for 2 days and you will be alright.
If you have some urinary problem then go for urine checkup.
Ok and take care.
