What Causes Pain In Upper Abs Radiating To The Chest?

I ve had this pain across my lower abs and then it moved to my upper abs area. Sometimes it s sharp and has radiated up the middle of my chest. It s been going on since last night. It feels like a gas pain, but gasx and pepto have not helped yet. It s going on 24 hours. What else should I try?

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to abdominal bloating.

I suggest using a spasmolytic to help with the pain such as Buscopan.

I also recommend to continue using Gas X to relieve the bloating.

I suggest to drink liquids and eat a fiber-rich diet.
