What Causes Pain In Upper And Lower Muscles In Arms And Legs?

I have been having pain in my upper and lower muscles in my arms and legs for a little over a month. I thought maybe it was from camping gathering firewood but it hasn't lightend up any. I attributed my lower arm pain to carple tunnel which I have. But the pain is mainly on the back sides of my arms and legs.
