What Causes Pain In Upper Arm?

I have this ongoing issue with a pain in my upper left arm upon movement, I have been thrown about to a few Dr. always passing the buck. It (my arm ) when i move it certain ways hurts and stops me from doing everyday things. There is more to my com plaint then this . But I so need a direction so I am trying this venue. kathy
