What Causes Pain In Upper Back And Crease Of Leg?

I have pain in the lower left front close to crease of my leg... it aches and if I stand too long or sit much it gets worse and it run down my left leg on the inside all the way to my foot and I have burning pain in my upper/mid right back and I pee about 27 times a day and have been to many Dr. with no results except my Alkaline phosphate level is elevated
