Hello,

You were initially suffering from diarrhea, stomach upset. It was due to food poisoning, indigestion and allergy. Take rest and take bland food like crackers, toast with tea or juice. Take adequate water and fluids to keep yourself well hydrated. When you feel better, you can take well cooked rice and bananas (ripe or raw after boiling).

Light headedness occurs due to dehydration, low sodium-potassium level, hypoglycemia, low blood pressure, etc. Do not skip meals, take food that suits you, do not experiment with food as it will trigger your symptoms. You can take antihistamine, one at bed time for 3 days. Take PPIs to reduce the symptoms of acid reflux. Take antiemetics, one stat when needed to stop diarrhea.

You are also experiencing stiff neck, armpit lump, upper back and shoulder pain. Swollen lymph nodes usually feel tender and cause the neck to feel stiff or sore. Viral and bacterial infections where the source is in the throat would cause painful inflammation of the neck muscles. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get workouts done, CBC, X-ray, biopsy of the lump done to detect the pathology causing infection.

It can be mononucleosis, allergy, cold or more serious health condition like developing malignancy. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected and the seriousness of the symptoms and infection. In the meantime, to get rid of the symptoms you can take naproxen, one stat when needed to get relieve from pain and inflammation. You can take a course of Augmentin to get rid of swallowing problem. Take liquid food or semi solid food so that you do not hurt your throat.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
