What Causes Pain In Upper Body Part?

Hi there......I have sharp pains in the upper part of my body! When i stretch to pick somthing up from the ground or most movement I get funny sharp pains....its even made walking difficult. Over the last 5 days it has got really bad. When I sneeze or cough i get it then also...never felt pain like this.
