What Causes Pain In Upper Chest Radiating To Neck And Shoulder?

I have symptoms of upper chest pain up to the neck and through the shoulder blade. My left arm is somewhat painful but not as severe. I have been belching all day and have been a little light headed. This started yesterday afternoon. I didn t sleep well last night.

This can be esophagitis. But you should first get an EKG and rule out any cardiac anomaly. This is very important. Treatment will base on the disease.
