General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since you are having pain in the chest, back, shoulders, etc., it may be indicative of musculoskeletal pain. Overuse, muscle strain, pinched nerve, stress can cause such symptoms. It may also be due to stress, you can take a break from work for a few days. Take rest and quality sleep. However, nausea associated with such symptoms may be indicative of developing coronary artery disease or slipped discs.

You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP or a cardiologist. Get all cardiac function tests, blood analysis, urinalysis, imaging tests done. You will be accordingly treated when pathology is detected. In the meantime, avoid oily food, trans fat, full fat dairy, junk food, etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
