What Causes Pain In Upper Stomach Right Below Belly During Pregnancy?

Hello, Im currently 7 months pregnant My duedate is July 31st & right now my upper stomach is really hurting right below my ribs, I am really nauseous & My stomach was VERY tight just before this started happening, Im all shakey because it hurts pretty bad. Im curious as to what this is.
