What Causes Pain In Vagina And Abdomen?

Hi I m 19 & have been sexually active this month frequently I ve had no period this month with only 3 days left I don t think I m going to have it . I ve been getting aches in my vagina & lower stomach but they do go away ... I don t think I m pregnant but not going to lie there could be a chance . Please tell me what you think?
