Hello and welcome to HCM,
Sharm and burning pain in vagina could be due to bacterial infection.
I suggest you to get a high vaginal swab for culture to detect infection.
In case infection is detected, drug sensitivity needs to be done to identify the most suitable and sensitive antibiotic.
The pain in the buttocks needs to be investigated.
Clinical assessment of the buttocks needs to be done to look for any skin changes.
Management can be planned after clinical assessment.

Thanks and take care
